Ajiaco (chicken & potato soup):

Ajiaco is a unique Colombian dish, especially beloved in the city of Bogota. It’s a hearty chicken soup made with corn on the cob and potatoes that dissolve and thicken the soup as it cooks. This dish also uses an herb unique to the region called Guascas which is essential for the dish.

Papas Chorreadas (veg & vegan option): $29

Papas chorreadas are a potato and creamy cheese dish in Colombian cuisine. The boiled potatoes are served with onions and tomatoes. The name derives from the verb chorrear meaning to flow or pour and the sauce is intended to overflow the potatoes. Comfort food at it’s finest!

Arepas y Ceviche de Mango:

Arepa is a type of food made of ground maize dough, originating from the northern region of South America in pre-Columbian times, and is notable primarily in the cuisines of Colombia and Venezuela, but also present in the cuisines of Bolivia and other countries. We’ll make a fresh mango salsa to serve with the arepas.
