Join us for an in-depth look at Ireland in dual narrative, with one unionist and one nationalist guide.

MEJDI Exclusive Socially Conscious Experiences:

  • Explore the seeds of the conflict and the role of religion and politics in a divided space.
  • Sit down with a historian in Belfast Castle for a discussion about the Plantation of Ulster and the history of the Troubles.

  • Explore the Unionist narrative in Derry, a city that defines itself primarily as Catholic and Nationalist.
  • Discuss conflict resolution, the role of memory, the power of language, and the complexity of Brexit.
  • Enjoy an evening of traditional Irish music and storytelling with locals at a traditional Irish pub.

  • Read through the Terms and Conditions
  • Do not book your flight until you receive the tour confirmation email from us. This tour requires a minimum number of travelers to run and we will send out the tour confirmation (and update this note on the webpage) as soon as we have met that number.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended. In addition, we recommend purchasing a Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance policy which allows you to cancel your trip prior to travel and receive a percentage of the non-refundable trip costs. The timeframe for you to purchase a CFAR policy is important to note and varies based on insurance provider. In some cases policies need to be purchased 20 days after the date of deposit.
