This trip takes you into one of the world’s oldest civilizations by land, desert, and a private four-day Nile River cruise. You’ll travel past the Great Pyramids of Giza and the country’s many famed temples. Into Christian and Islamic Cairo and Luxor’s beautiful West Bank. You’ll also learn about Egypt as it is today, meeting an archaeologist working on new digs and visiting the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum. Do not book your flight until you receive the tour confirmation email from us. This tour requires a minimum number of travelers to run and we will send out the tour confirmation (and update this note on the webpage) as soon as we have met that number.

All the trips we take are educational and geared towards cultural immersion, and that’s true of MEJDI. But none are so first hand and intentionally personal as the MEJDI tour guides are.
